As a first time homebuyer, Tom made the process as easy and stress free as possible. I appreciate his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. He was able to understand and match what I was looking for. I'm very impressed with his availability to view houses quickly to make sure I stayed competitive. When the speed picked up upon placing offers he was there to get things done. He earned my trust and I believe anyone who goes with him will feel the same. 10/10 would recommend and would have Tom be my real estate agent again.

Tom Newton was an incredible help walking us through our first home purchase. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and encouraged our questions to make sure we understood the process thoroughly and were comfortable with each step. He also gave us plenty of caution utilizing his experience as a realtor that likely saved us a lot of trouble. I'd refer him to anyone!

Tom is an incredible realtor who was completely open and honest with me from the first time I met him. He ensured I never felt pressured during the entire search and buying process and I believe he always acted in my best interest, even when I couldn’t physically be present for showings. He helped me to get a great home in a short time span despite the fact I was not capable of making the strongest of offers in such an intense market. I would recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a home in the area and if or when I buy again in the future I will choose him as my realtor again. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
